Room Attendant for Resort and Lake Homes

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
  • Ensure all rooms meet the resort’s cleanliness and safety standards
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
  • Assist with laundry and linen services as needed
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with guests and team members
Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies safety
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
