Job Summary

The Manager, Recruitment leads and executes organization-wide recruiting strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with business goals. This role combines hands‑on fully‑cycle recruiting with strategic oversight of talent programs, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in hiring, retention, and workforce planning. This position also provides leadership and direction to recruitment team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implantation, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies and processes aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (hourly, salaried, temporary, leadership), ensuring efficiency and strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and temp agencies to develop effective sourcing strategies and deliver high‑quality talent pipelines.
  • Supervise and develop recruitment team members, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
  • Analyze recruiting and workforce data (e.g., time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, retention) to inform decisions and drive improvements.
  • Develop and maintain programs supporting retention, internal mobility, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote equal opportunity and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with HRIS/Payroll to leverage data insights and reporting for workplace planning.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies, including digital platforms, networking, and workforce branding initiatives.
  • Support and deliver training, presentations, and hiring best practices to leaders across the organization.
  • Establish service level expectations and drive accountability for an efficient and effective recruitment process.
  • Follow all Nahan safety and quality policies and procedures.
  • Support 6S initiatives as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities

Required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in the English language, verbally and written.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred.
  • Proven experience recruiting across multiple levels (hourly, professional, leadership).
  • Strong background in recruiting metrics, reporting, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Experience with diverse sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, events).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), required.
