Talent Manager, Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Recruiter – Uncapped Commission
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and connecting with qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools. You will screen and interview candidates and collaborate with your team to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments. Building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads is also a crucial part of your role.
Additionally, you will engage in customer service‑related activities and contribute to your community by volunteering with various philanthropic organizations.
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
- Screen and interview qualified candidates.
- Partner with your team to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
- Perform various customer service‑related activities.
- Volunteer and partner with various philanthropic organizations.
Base Salary
: $45,000 per year plus uncapped commissions.
Projected Recruiter Earnings:
- Year 1: $50,000
- Year 2: $76,000
- Year 3: $102,000
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Talent acquisition and recruitment expertise.
- Proficiency in hiring and human resources.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Attention to detail and full‑cycle recruiting.
- Customer service skills.
- Technical recruiting and scheduling coordination.
Permanent position based out of Saint Cloud, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45,000 – $50,000 per year.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Cloud, MN.
