ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The individual must have the ability to perform the responsibilities listed below. The list is not all inclusive of duties that may be requested by the department head or a member of upper management but are intended for an understanding of the purpose of the position.

Develop and maintain all recruitment advertising, this will include social media channels and proactively mining all available databases of talent.

Represent the organization at job fairs, educational institutions, and community events.

Respond quickly to all candidate inquiries.

Coordinate interviews and tours with selected candidates.

Communicate daily the status of interviews, screenings, and new hires, and other metrics as requested.

Schedule selected candidates for on-boarding and orientation with the HR Generalist.

Requires a working knowledge of current recruiting and HRIS systems.

Maintain a high degree of confidentially.

This position requires strong communication and computer skills to include Linked In, Facebook, etc. Bi-lingual candidates preferred.

Assist with other duties in the Human Resources office as needed.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

One or more years direct recruiting experience in a high volume work environment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
