Job Description

Responsibilities and duties include the following:

• Develop and maintain all recruitment advertising, including social media channels and proactively mining all available databases of talent.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, educational institutions, and community events.
• Respond quickly to all candidate inquiries.
• Coordinate interviews and tours with selected candidates.
• Communicate daily the status of interviews, screenings, and new hires, and other metrics as requested.
• Schedule selected candidates for onboarding and orientation with the HR Generalist.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Requires a working knowledge of current recruiting and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication and computer skills (Linked In, Facebook, etc.); bilingual candidates preferred.
• Assist with other duties in the Human Resources office as needed.

• One or more years of direct recruiting experience in a high volume work environment.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, taste, or smell.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• May occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

• Indoors with adequate heating, cooling, lighting, and ventilation.
• Noise level is usually moderate.
