Job Description
Responsibilities and duties include the following:
- Develop and maintain all recruitment advertising, including social media channels and proactively mining all available databases of talent.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, educational institutions, and community events.
- Respond quickly to all candidate inquiries.
- Coordinate interviews and tours with selected candidates.
- Communicate daily the status of interviews, screenings, and new hires, and other metrics as requested.
- Schedule selected candidates for onboarding and orientation with the HR Generalist.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Requires a working knowledge of current recruiting and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and computer skills (Linked In, Facebook, etc.); bilingual candidates preferred.
- Assist with other duties in the Human Resources office as needed.

Qualification RequirementsEducation and Experience
- One or more years of direct recruiting experience in a high volume work environment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, taste, or smell.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- May occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Indoors with adequate heating, cooling, lighting, and ventilation.
- Noise level is usually moderate.
