Robert Half is partnering with a growing, privately held manufacturing organization in Central Minnesota to identify an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership.

What You'll Do

• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and key HR initiatives.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Partner on talent acquisition efforts across hourly, professional, and leadership positions.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, HRIS, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Develop employee development, leadership, and succession planning programs.
• Analyze workforce metrics and implement strategies to improve retention and engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing HR processes and programs that support future growth.
