Job Overview
This role provides administrative support to the HR Recruiting team, assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for Primoris Energy Services. Position is located in Pearland and will be in office.
Job Responsibilities- Schedule interviews, send calendar invitations, and coordinate logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and send offer letters, new hire paperwork, and background check initiation requests.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with the creation and posting of job requisitions on various platforms.
- Respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire packets and coordinating initial new hire activities.
- Assist with data entry and report generation related to recruiting metrics.
- Manage and organize recruiting-related documentation and files, both physical and electronic.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and ordering office supplies for the recruiting team.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's degree in a related field preferred. - 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably within an HR or recruiting department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
