Location: St. Cloud
Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide temporary leave coverage for approximately 94 employees, supporting day-to-day HR operations in Saint Paul, MN. The contract runs for about two months with ASAP start.
Daily tasks include employee relations support, talent acquisition assistance as needed, managing leave programs (FMLA, PFML), benefits coordination, timekeeping audits in Paylocity, and payroll preparation for CFO approval.
