Our client seeks an Infrastructure Support Analyst to sustain reliable operations of end-user devices and core infrastructure. The role provides senior-level escalation support, executes maintenance and improvements, and collaborates with teams and vendors to uphold standards in a hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environment. The position supports secure configurations, enterprise software deployment practices, and operational excellence across office and shop environments.

Rate: $35.00 to $42.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced computer, telephony, printer, and endpoint hardware and software issues as a senior escalation point.
- Plan, configure, and install computers, telephony systems, printers, and related hardware and software according to established standards.
- Apply and enforce standards for end-user devices, operating environments, and security configurations across the organization.
- Participate in technical assessments and assist in implementing approved infrastructure changes, upgrades, and improvements.
- Provide secondary system and network administration support as assigned.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex IT service issues requiring advanced problem solving and cross-team collaboration.
- Evaluate performance and usability of technologies and assist with testing, implementation, and training for new solutions.
- Provide technical training to end users as required.
- Lead medium to large projects and continuous improvement efforts as a technical representative.
- Track time spent on requests, incidents, projects, and tasks.
- Document technical solutions and configuration processes.
- Experience supporting Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra hybrid environments, including user, device, and group administration.
- Knowledge of Windows operating system architecture, endpoint configurations, and enterprise software deployment practices.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive.
- Experience supporting computer hardware components, peripherals, imaging or baseline configuration, and driver or firmware management.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure concepts.
- Knowledge of endpoint security practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats and present to diverse audiences.
- Ability to handle inquiries, apply active listening, and articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a results-oriented approach.
- Five years related experience and or training or the equivalent of education and experience (preferred).
- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
