Sr. Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for a client to bridge the gap between business and technical teams by translating complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements. This role will lead requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration across multiple projects while operating independently in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

• Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements for business and technical teams.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

• 5+ years of business analyst experience.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Strong facilitation skills including leading meetings, setting agendas, and documenting outcomes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and business rule documentation.
• Proficiency with tools including Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated curiosity and critical thinking in uncovering business needs.

• Experience with Miro, Smartsheet, or similar collaboration tools.
• Background in logistics or related industries.
• Familiarity with BABOK standards and business analysis frameworks.
• Experience supporting vendor evaluation or solution assessment.
• Prior exposure to project management collaboration environments.

This is a 6 Contract-to-Hire with our MN client.
