ABOUTTHE ROLE
We are seeking a heavyweight Senior Project Manager for an immediate, high-visibility temporary-to-permanent role. In this position, you will own the end-to-end execution of work for one of our largest and most matrixed CPG accounts.
This isn't a role for a passive note-taker; we need a strategic operator who can step into an active ecosystem, gain immediate credibility with senior stakeholders, and keep multi-million dollar cross-functional initiatives on time and on budget. Because this is a contract-to-hire position, we are looking for someone who treats this from day one as a long-term home.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Own the Account's Engine
:
Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of complex, multi-tier CPG initiatives spanning product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, packaging updates, and digital activations. - Manage Enterprise Stakeholders
:
Serve as the central hub connecting client brand managers, creative teams, supply chain partners, and external vendors. - Scope & Resource Forecasting
:
Build precise project roadmaps, manage complex budgets, allocate internal resources, and proactively mitigate risks before they hit the timeline. - Process Optimization
:
Evaluate existing workflows and implement agile or hybrid methodologies to streamline delivery for this fast-moving account.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally split between a fast-paced agency environment and enterprise corporate accounts.
- Deep CPG
Experience:
Understand retail timelines, cross-functional brand matrixes, packaging regulations, and multi-channel campaign rollouts. - Advanced proficiency with enterprise project management tools.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills in a fast-moving, complex environment.
Must be based in or willing to commute to the Minneapolis area.
