A day in the lifeAs our Marketing Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you'll support marketing operations, ensuring the retention and acquisition of clients. Responsibilities include assisting producers with technical placement, analytics, and account retention, in addition to day-to-day marketing of existing and new clients, acting as an internal resource for coverage and market-related issues.
Our future colleagueWe'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of property experience including a strong knowledge of individual property, casualty coverage, and risk management issues in multiple industry sectors
- Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good interpersonal skills, sales-related skills, and high sense of urgency
- Ability to effectively build and maintain a positive working relationship with management, peers, and colleagues in all roles and departments
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- Property & Casualty License or ability to attain required
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- CIC, CPCU, ARM or equivalent
- In depth knowledge of the property insurance market within the Midwest and nationally

The applicable base salary range for this role is $71,800 to $133,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
