Progressive is hiring a claims adjuster trainee in Saint Cloud, MN. The role is hybrid: two in-office days chosen by leadership and three days remote or in-office, for 12 months of training with coaching from leaders.
You’ll learn to determine coverage, liability, interview stakeholders, and manage a full claims load from start to finish, with ongoing support and in-depth training on insurance contracts.
