Position Summary

Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam's Club

$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

• Maintain parking lot, restrooms, floors, and overall facility cleanliness.
• Operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, sweepers) and respond to spills.
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to housekeeping procedures for handling hazardous materials.
• Practice positive customer service to provide a great first and last impression.
• Support environmental sustainability efforts by disposing of waste properly.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work entire shift on feet in a physically demanding environment.
• Comfortable with fast‑paced and changing work scenarios.
• Strong focus on member satisfaction.

• Experience in facility maintenance or custodial work.

The hourly wage range listed is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
