Overview
As the Coborn's AR and Revenue Cycle Team Lead, you will take ownership of the entire enterprise revenue cycle and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate revenue capture, billing, cash application, reconciliation, and collections across all stores, pharmacies, fuel stations, corporate, DSD, and third-party sales channels.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide, coach, and inspire your AR and Revenue Cycle teams, drive process standardization, maintain strong internal controls, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue integrity, timely reporting, and cash flow performance.

Position Location: This position is an in-office position, 4 days (Monday-Thursday) with the ability to work remotely on Friday.
What You'll Do- Lead the full revenue and AR lifecycle, from capture to reconciliation to reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, cash application, and collections.
- Monitor AR aging, working capital, and internal controls, taking proactive action as needed.
- Design and maintain reporting tools, processes, and documentation to support consistency and audit readiness.
- Provide direct leadership and operational direction to your team, setting expectations, coaching, and fostering cross-training.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer service.
- Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, including Stores, Finance, IT, Treasury, Pharmacy, and Operations.
- Impact & Ownership: Take full ownership of enterprise revenue and AR processes, directly influencing the company's financial health.
