This is a full-time on-site Director of Sales and Marketing role at the Holiday Inn & Suites in St. Cloud, MN. The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, fostering strong customer relationships, driving business development initiatives, and leading the sales and marketing team. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing marketing campaigns, and meeting revenue objectives while representing Sand Hospitality's standards of excellence.

• Proven skills in Sales, Sales Operations, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Strong ability in Customer Service and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Experience in Team Management, including leadership, motivation, and development of team members
• Expertise in Business Development, identifying opportunities, and securing partnerships
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate and execute plans in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality sales and marketing is an asset
