Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring compliance with all employment policies with the support of the management team
• Directing the management team, including setting schedules and assigning responsibilities
• Managing performance through coaching, evaluations, and discipline as needed
• Recruiting and hiring management and hourly staff
• Overseeing food, labor, and liquor costs
• Enforcing compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Tracking food costs, waste, and labor expenses
• Managing weekly and monthly P&L statements
• Planning and overseeing inventories, budgets, and audits
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety
• Securing the premises for employee and guest safety
• Developing incentive programs for staff
• Fostering the development of key employees and managers
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Liaising with store vendors and support contacts
• Cultivating a positive culture that embodies our core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a General Manager, Managing Partner, or Multi-Unit Manager in a full-service restaurant
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proven ability to adapt, problem‑solve, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
