Supervise associates in assigned area and communicate goals and feedback;
Train associates on processes and procedures and provide direction on member service approaches;
Assist with recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates;
Provide information on membership types, programs and benefits to members and process memberships/upgrades/credit accounts;
Handle claims and returns and ensure merchandise organization and cleanliness while assisting members with transactions and self-checkout;
Complete accounting records and maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information;
Develop and implement processes to meet business needs and collaborate with managers and colleagues;
Ensure compliance with policies and Open Door Policy and address ethical/compliance issues;
Lead and participate in teams, coordinating work assignments and mentoring others.
