Viking Coca-Cola is a privately held company owned by the Faber Family. It is a dedicated family‑run establishment that includes the Faber family and extends to all members of the team including delivery drivers, sales personnel, executive management, and partners.

As the Full‑Time Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all facets of daily operations, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. Your role will involve maintaining the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring accurate inventory control, and scheduling logistics for incoming and outgoing loads. You will create essential reports to monitor warehouse productivity and product traceability, while also leading the Inventory Management team to optimize operations.

Your leadership will extend to overseeing shipping, dispatching, and the reclamation and recycling processes.

With a focus on safety and efficiency, you will conduct daily GMP walkthroughs and train employees to operate machinery safely. Your commitment to fostering a cooperative work environment will maximize team morale and productivity, making this position both rewarding and impactful.

To excel in this role, you will need a blend of technical skills and leadership qualities:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse setting and 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to foster acceptance of change and adapt to evolving processes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work effectively and handle frequent interruptions.
• Delegation and follow‑up skills to ensure productivity.
• A valid license to drive and operate forklifts and other company vehicles and equipment.
