• Lead on-site inventory events and supervise a team of inventory professionals during inventory activities.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute inventory operations to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a retail, inventory, or warehouse role with professionalism, urgency, and collaboration skills
• Strong people and team leadership skills with a proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and develop talent
• Experience with payroll management, expense control, and driving employee performance to improve production
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings or late nights, with flexible scheduling
• Pre-employment background checks and/or drug screening and/or MVR may be required
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance or meeting Fleet driver requirements may be required depending on district/region needs

This position requires frequent travel by automobile and air, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions. Tasks include standing and sitting for long periods, frequent walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Regular 10–12 hour shifts may be required.
