Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices! We are looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. The Assistant Manager enforces established policies, procedures and standards, schedules mechanics/technicians' work, manages outside orders, ensures the quality and timely completion of jobs, meets customer expectations, and maintains the safety of team members.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, the Service Manager directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, drives sales initiatives, communicates directly with customers, assesses customer needs, and provides information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance. The Service Manager ensures customers are satisfied with their in‑store experience and strives to meet customer expectations.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess:

• 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance.
• Or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
