Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy, operating model, and performance of the S2 Technical Lead organization.
- Act as the primary strategic liaison between Security Services (S2) and Product/ R&D.
- Hire, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Technical Leads.
- Define and track KPIs tied to customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and platform impact.
- Establish standards for how Technical Leads assess, mentor, and develop Security Engineers within their assigned Sections.
- At least five years of security consulting or security operations experience.
- Five or more years of experience leading Security Operations or a technical IC function within a global organization with Cloud and SaaS products.
- Proven track record of managing Detection and Response (D&R), CSIRT, Vulnerability Management, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, or Red Teaming teams.
- Prior experience managing other managers or senior ICs in a matrixed or project-based organizational model.
