This senior-level role is responsible for leading administrative staff and executing key business priorities. The VP provides strategic project management oversight to optimize processes that support our members, employees, and overall organization. This role is focused on integrating new AI technologies to accelerate business growth, elevate the member experience, and ensure compliance. As a key collaborator on the leadership team, the VP works closely with executives and the CEO to align administrative and project goals with long-term strategic vision.

• Leads business priorities, AI projects and integrations, and offers strategic support for the executive team. Proactively meets with department leaders and the executive team to collaborate, assess needs, human capital and capacity as it relates to projects and growth. Participates in strategic planning initiatives and influences business decisions on product and service enhancements using AI, process improvements, and compliancy.
• Cultivates a high-performance administrative culture by actively coaching, mentoring, and developing their staff to prioritize exceptional outcomes. The VP nurtures an inclusive team culture focused on compliance, growth, and member-centric outcomes, while providing high-level strategic support to the executive leadership team.
• Project management will focus on establishing frameworks, templates, and methodologies. Own the full lifecycle of credit union projects, define project KPIs, track milestones, and enforce accountability across project teams. Lead risk management efforts to proactively identify, mitigate, and elevate project bottlenecks before they impact operations. Conduct post‑mortem reviews to measure project ROI, document lessons learned, and continuously improve execution. Report such findings to the executive team.
