Senior Project Manager

• Execute larger client-facing, revenue-generating professional service engagements involving delivery of Deluxe solutions
• Facilitate modification of software solutions by extended project team members
• Ensure high-quality client delivery while meeting project deadlines, goals, and budgets
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans and timelines
• Set deadlines and assign responsibilities across engagements
• Monitor project progress and coordinate internal resources, vendors, third-party partners, and clients from initiation to completion
• Prepare and deliver project status reports for internal and external stakeholders and executives
• Manage projects of 1,500–5,000 hours in scope and up to five concurrent projects
• Review sales order documents to understand project scope, deliverables, and required resources
• Participate in Sales-to-Professional Services transition discussions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and document lessons learned
• Identify and manage project risks and establish mitigation plans
• Resolve project issues and resolve appropriately
• Provide accurate forecasting for project revenue and billable service hours
• Manage and update project and resource schedules
• Optimize resource utilization and release resources for other billable activities

• Bachelor’s degree in business (emphasis in project management)
• 5 years of project management experience
• 5 years managing projects
• 5 years serving external clients
• PM Certification is required
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Demonstrates expertise in project management, including the ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery within budget and timelines. Proficient in risk management, resource optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
