Cabinet Finishing Associate

Location: Saint Cloud, MN

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

• At least 1 year of previous experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with staining, sealing, etc. (preferably in a spray booth environment)
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Steel-toe boot required

• Perform all aspects of cabinet and millwork finishing, including painting, staining, refinishing, and touch-ups
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to deliver high‑quality finishes
• Select, mix, and match paints and stains based on wood type and grain; perform color matching and re‑staining
• Apply faux finishes, glazing, and antiquing techniques as required
• Ensure all work meets customer specifications and quality standards
• Identify and communicate any issues, material needs, or concerns to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow all OSHA and safety guidelines
• Complete required documentation and production records accurately
• Assist with training team members and support overall shop operations
• Provide professional and positive service in a team‑oriented environment
