Manufacturing Engineer

A growing and well-established manufacturing organization in the St Cloud area is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This individual will utilize lean manufacturing principles, six-sigma problem solving strategies, and creative design solutions to improve and implement processes that drive continuous improvements throughout the entire facility.

This is a hands‑on role focused on improving equipment performance, driving efficiency, and supporting new product and automation initiatives. It is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving real‑world problems, and making a measurable impact on production and cost. The role includes a healthy balance of desk/shop floor work and attendance at specialized training as needed.

• CAD experience (Solid Works preferred)
• Welding experience (manual/robotic)
• Painting experience (powder coating/wet paint)
• Knowledge of APQP processes

Problem solving and project management skills are critical to this role.
