** We are seeking a candidate with experience relevant to the duties and responsibilities outlined below. As a member of the Home Building Team, you will be responsible for performing manufacturing and production operations within the Home Building Process**,
** following established production methods and maintaining safe work practices to ensure efficiency and safety throughout the home building process.
** Job Expectations:
** This role requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and adaptability. Must be able to work with a team and solo. Focus on quality but still at a fast pace.
** Work Environment and Requirements:
*** Daily working conditions: include overhead work, working in tight spaces, keeping up with a good pace, repetitive work, working in wet conditions where it can be slippery
* Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hard hats, steel-toe footwear, ear protection, and safety glasses must be always worn.
* The production facility experiences noise and dust. Temperature conditions can be warm and humid during summer months despite cooling systems; winter conditions are generally mild. Appropriate attire for varying temperatures is expected.
* The position can be physically and mentally demanding, with tasks involving repetitive motion, bending, twisting, overhead work and ladder climbing.
* Consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
* A positive attitude and cooperative spirit are necessary to contribute effectively as part of a team. Hungry, Humble, People Smart!### PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
* Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, pulling & overhead work
* Must be able to communicate with team members from your department and other departments, as well as Department Managers and other Managers as needed.
* Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.
* High School diploma or GED preferred
