- Operate the rough‑cut machinery (Waterjet/Combi‑Cut, saw) and monitor and verify it is operating correctly at all times.
- Perform quality checks as required.
- Interpret blueprint drawings and sketches to plan.
- Set‑up and operate cutting machinery.
- Perform all required documentation and organization for material received, moved, scrapped, and quality verified.
- Conduct visual inspection of equipment with complex parts, preventative maintenance, and area upkeep and cleanliness.
- Operate overhead crane and forklift.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Cross‑train on multiple types of equipment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- High attention to detail, reliable and punctual.
- Direct communication, sense of urgency, multitasking, ability to work independently or with a team, self‑motivated.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. - Experience:
Mechanically inclined is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace preferred.

- Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings.
- Lift up to 60 lbs.
- Push/pull 100 lbs.

- Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises.
- Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions.

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $19.00–$24.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job‑related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
