New Flyer is seeking a Cell Leader for the 2nd shift to guide a production cell in building high-quality transit buses. You will lead a team to meet targets, uphold safety, and drive continuous improvement through lean practices.
You will run daily meetings, manage schedules and staffing, and coordinate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and strong employee development on evenings Monday through Thursday.
