Production Manager
Overview
Carfair is seeking a dedicated Production Team Lead to oversee our production operations and lead our manufacturing team towards achieving daily production goals. You will be responsible for coordinating production activities, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can motivate and develop team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This position demands effective communication across departments and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Wage: $29.64
Shift: 3:00pm-1:30am (Monday - Thursday)
Responsibilities- Coordinate production activities to meet daily goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the manufacturing team to improve performance and engagement.
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain adherence to quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and lean principles.
- Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety policies.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify production challenges and implement effective solutions.
