PayPay Band 6 – $19 to $22 per hour; 12HR Night shift (7 PM–7 AM) with $2.00 differential.
Job SummaryA Digital Operator is responsible for the setup, adjustment, and operation of Digital printing machines to provide a product which meets customer quality and time requirements while meeting company profitability requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Setup, operate, and maintain the digital printer and all associated equipment and supplies.
- Meet or exceed actual vs. plan run and make‑ready goals of 100 %.
- Complete all required MDI charts and understand them.
- Work in other areas as needed.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks to maintain optimal equipment performance.
- Follow all Nahan safety and quality standards.
- Work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime, as required.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical specifications.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency/fluent with English language, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of related experience preferred.
- Production experience preferred.

The work is performed in a manufacturing environment with normal to moderate noise levels, and requires frequent use of printing equipment, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 70 lbs. The employee must tolerate extended hours, be alert to meet deadlines, and wear required PPE.
