Salary Range

$19.00 to $25.00 per hour

4/10-hour shifts and 5/8-hour shifts with flexible start times.

As a Welder, your primary responsibility will be to tack weld piece parts together, completing critical weldments on the mobile equipment we build for industries such as railway, construction, oil, mining, and more. You will also help maintain the welding equipment.

• Utilize appropriate welding equipment to fit, tack, and weld parts together
• Identify appropriate weld processes
• Lay out welding sequences to ensure products are manufactured correctly
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

• Willingness to follow existing QC processes
• Detailed understanding of welding processes and shop capabilities
• Ability to read and understand written information
• Knowledge of how products are made
• Mechanical knowledge of designing and controlling equipment
• Problem solving using math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, crawl, and stay on feet for 8+ hours per workday
• Must hold a Welding AAS Degree
• Must have at least 1 year of experience
