Location: St. Cloud
Andersen Windows, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead I for the Casement line (1st shift, 4x10) at Bayport, MN. You will drive continuous production flow, coach Tier 1 teams, and coordinate cross-training to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
You will lead AMS projects, use visual management tools, and participate in problem solving. Strong communication and Lean experience are required, with a collaborative leadership style and a focus on process improvement.
