Pilgrim’s is hiring for an entry-level sanitation hourly role in our Minnesota plant. You will clean and sanitize production equipment, areas, and facilities to meet USDA and company standards, use cleaning tools and chemicals, and follow SOPs. You will help maintain a safe, organized workplace, report hazards, and support production readiness.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday with potential weekend work. Base pay is $20.96 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential on 2nd/3rd shift, plus a $3.00
