Industrial Painter & Steel Loader

Ben's Structural Fabrication Inc., a Maine-based steel and metal fabrication contractor, is hiring an Industrial Painter & Steel Loader. In this role, you will prep, prime, and finish-coat structural steel, stairs, railings, and miscellaneous metals using spray and other industrial painting methods. Responsibilities include loading and unloading steel with forklifts/overhead cranes, organizing material for fabrication and shipping, reading basic shop drawings or tags, and following strict safety and quality standards.

This is a hands-on, shop-based position with opportunities to build trade skills, work on varied commercial and residential projects, and grow with a tight-knit, family-owned team.
