Welder Fabricator

Ben's Structural Fabrication Inc. seeks a Welder/Fabricator to join our skilled labor team building structural steel, stairs, railings, and custom metalwork for New England projects. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, laying out and fitting components, and performing MIG/Stick welding, cutting, and grinding to tight tolerances in a safety-focused shop. You'll help build and occasionally install commercial and residential projects, working closely with a small, hands-on crew that values reliability, craftsmanship, and learning by doing.
