We are seeking a dependable, hard-working individual to support our concrete production team on a temporary basis. This role involves hands-on work producing precast concrete products such as vaults and related structures.
This is a physically demanding position in an industrial environment. While this role is temporary, there may be future opportunities with the company based on business needs and individual performance.

Serving 900 funeral homes, we are a regional leader in providing burial vaults, funeral supplies, and precast concrete products to the Upper Midwest. We opened our doors in 1922 and have since become the largest septic tank producer as well as the largest casket and urn supplier in our area. Our services include both indoor and outdoor work as well as the delivery of burial vaults to cemeteries located in urban and rural settings.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the production of precast concrete products (forms, pours, finishing)
- Prepare and clean molds/forms for concrete casting
- Support pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
- Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Comfortable working in a dusty, industrial environment
- Construction, concrete, or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
This is a Monday-Friday work week, day hours
$23.83/hour
