Associate Tech

We are seeking an Associate Tech for an on-site temporary role with an opportunity for permanent placement in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. This full-time position follows a Sunday through Thursday schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role is suited for someone with at least one year of experience who can work in a fast-paced environment and support assembly and quality control activities.

The position requires teamwork, reliable attendance, and the ability to complete physically active work, including lifting and moving items up to 40 pounds. What You Will Do?

• Perform assembly tasks accurately while maintaining steady production output during a fast-paced shift.
• Support quality control efforts by checking work for accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow and meet daily production expectations.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds as part of regular job duties.
• Follow assigned work instructions and complete tasks during overnight hours on site.
• Maintain reliability and readiness for a Sunday through Thursday overnight schedule.

• You have at least one year of experience in a related work environment.
• You can perform assembly work in a fast-paced setting with consistent attention to detail.

Pay Details: $19.75 per hour
