Quanex is seeking a Cope Operator for the 2nd shift in St. Cloud, Minnesota. You will set up, operate, and inspect cope on specialized equipment while maintaining high quality and craftsmanship. This hands-on role includes machine PMs and training others as you grow within the team.
Starting wage is $23.00–$34.50 per hour with a 15% shift differential and a $1,000 new hire bonus, payable across milestones after employment begins. Typical hours:
Mon-Thu 4:30pm–2:00am, Fri 2:30pm–6:30pm.
