NFI Group is seeking a Lean Improvement Specialist in Saint Cloud, MN to work with shop floor teams to eliminate defects and improve product quality and workplace satisfaction. You will lead continuous improvement events and train staff in Lean tools, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Value Graphs, and cycle time reductions.
You will report progress to the Lean Manager and ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements while supporting Kaizen projects and ongoing training
