- Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

- Prepare materials and equipment for fiberglass and composite lamination processes.
- Apply resin, fiberglass, and other composite materials to molds according to production specifications.
- Trim, sand, and finish laminated parts to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Inspect completed products for defects and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all manufacturing and safety guidelines.
- Previous manufacturing, composites, fiberglass, or lamination experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
