What does a Marketing Coordinator do?

As a Full‑Time Marketing Coordinator at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand presence. You'll assist in driving marketing efforts by creating eye‑catching graphics and signage, while your design skills in Adobe InDesign will empower our sales team with impactful materials that truly capture the essence of our diverse brands. Your responsibilities will extend to producing and distributing POS and merchandising materials, preparing essential documents for presentations, and communicating marketing content for both internal and external audiences.

You'll help manage incentive programs during special emphasis periods and ensure that all required reports are timely and accurate.

Additionally, you'll be involved in creating training materials aimed at enhancing skills for our Home Market and On‑Premise teams. By assisting in maintaining our website and social media content, you'll actively contribute to enhancing the company's image and ensuring our messaging resonates with employees, customers, and consumers alike.

Are you the Marketing Coordinator we're looking for?

To thrive as a Full‑Time Marketing Coordinator at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll need a blend of creativity, analytical, and production skills. An associate's degree in marketing, design, print or a related field is essential, alongside experience in developing impactful marketing strategies. While familiarity with the beverage industry is a plus, it's not a strict requirement. Print production skillset or previous print experience is preferred.
