• Support marketing operations, reporting, workflows, and lead distribution
• Manage inbound leads, prospect lists, and marketing coordination activities
• Assist with dashboards, reports, and campaign set up & tracking
• Coordinate projects, timelines, events, and trade show logistics
• Update presentations, proposals, and templated marketing materials
• Support Hub Spot and website administration activities
• Partner with marketing team members to support execution across initiatives

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• BONUS POINTS for experience with light design & Adobe tools, Hubspot, SEMRush or marketing automation and reporting tools

• The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $22.50- $27.50. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
