Pueblos de Lucha y Esperanza is an immigrant-led nonprofit organization working to advance housing justice, immigrant rights, and community leadership throughout Minnesota. Through popular education, tenant organizing, community assemblies, and advocacy, Pueblos equips immigrant renters with the knowledge and resources needed to understand their rights, prevent displacement, and build collective power. As Pueblos expands its housing justice work, the organization seeks to strengthen its capacity to deliver accessible, culturally and linguistically responsive renters' rights education.

This position is ideal for individuals interested in housing justice, nonprofit management, digital communications, community engagement, and organizational capacity building. The member will collaborate with staff to develop bilingual educational resources, strengthen digital outreach systems, and create organizational tools that support long-term renters' rights education beyond the VISTA service year.

Through this experience, members will gain practical skills in housing education, digital communications, nonprofit operations, community engagement, organizational systems development, and capacity building while serving through the HOME Line VISTA Project and the Ameri Corps network.
