CRNA collaborative group in Minnesota

Under the general supervision of the Anesthesiologist, administers local/regional, inhalation, intravenous, and other anesthetic agents to patients during surgical, obstetrical, and other medical procedures according to established standards and regulations. Age appropriate care is provided to patients and families. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Group of 50 CRNAs and 20+ MDAs that work together in a very supportive, collegial environment
• 24 operating Rooms suites in the main hospital, 4 EP/Cath Lab locations, 5 Endo suites, 2 OB suites, a separate 4-suite Outpatient Surgery Center, 2-suite outpatient plastic surgery center
• Shift variety to include 8-hr, 10-hr shifts
• Separate CRNA team for C-sections/OB patient management
• Full surgical capability to include open heart, endovascular and neurosurgery
• ~14,000 surgical cases annually

POSITION BENEFITS:

• Salary range between starting at $276,619 with $75,000 sign on bonus. CRNAs receive weekend incentive pay

PAY AND BENEFITS

• Salary range: $ - $ per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
