Schedule

* Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite - Centra Care Plaza, St. Cloud, MN

* Day shifts | 8am-5pm

Pay and Benefits

* Salary range: $ - $ per year

* Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

* Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications

Required:

* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

* Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

* Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification

Centra Care's outpatient Behavioral Health clinic at Centra Care Plaza is supported by a well-established psychiatry team that includes adult and child/adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, integrated behavioral health providers, and counseling staff. The practice emphasizes team-based care, collaboration across disciplines, and access to system-wide specialty resources within a large, integrated health system and regional referral center.
