• Full‑time | Baylor | Onsite
• 7:00pm – 7:30am
• Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday | holidays based on weekend

• Pay based on experience and degree:
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
  • Pay range: $42.86 – $71.51 per hour
• Earn extra pay for working night & Baylor shifts
• Up to $8,000 hiring bonus!
• $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates

• Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
• BSN required within three years
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
• National Certification in Medical‑Surgical Nursing preferred

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be hired into a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for Centra Care in the past nine months. Hiring bonus is based on FTE and Medical‑Surgical RN experience.

Relocation assistance requirements:
Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for Centra Care in the last nine months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
