Pay and Benefits
- Salary range: $ - $139,880 per year
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Department Information
Centra Care's Nephrology program is a comprehensive, established kidney care service dedicated to improving the lives of patients across Central Minnesota. Based at Centra Care's River Campus in St. Cloud and supported by St. Cloud Hospital, the team provides specialized care for patients with chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, hypertension, anemia, and end-stage renal disease requiring dialysis. The practice follows patients throughout the continuum of kidney care, creating meaningful long-term relationships while helping patients navigate complex medical conditions.
The nephrology team serves a broad regional population through a combination of outpatient clinic visits, inpatient hospital rounding, and outreach dialysis locations throughout Central Minnesota. This unique model allows providers to practice in diverse care settings while maintaining continuity of care for patients in both urban and rural communities. The program offers in-center hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home dialysis training, and ongoing chronic kidney disease management and education.
