Role Description

This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Registered Nurse located in St. Cloud, MN. The Registered Nurse will oversee and provide high‑quality patient care tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, creating and managing care plans, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with patients' families and the healthcare team. Responsibilities also include caregiver training. The role also involves ensuring that all care provided aligns with healthcare standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical and technical skills, including patient assessments and medication administration.
• Competence in creating and managing individualized care plans and monitoring patient outcomes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices in patient care.
• Compassionate and patient‑focused mindset with exceptional organizational skills.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• BLS/ACLS certification is preferred.
• Two or more years of nursing experience, preferably in a home care or senior care setting, is an advantage.
