LPN Local Contract
This overnight local contract LPN role provides compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. The position offers a predictable every-other-weekend schedule with opportunities to pick up additional shifts, and competitive pay up to $45 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Assist with daily living activities and resident care needs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols
- Deliver patient-centered care while promoting dignity and quality of life
- Active LPN license in the applicable state
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Skills:
- Previous Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Rehabilitation experience
- Consistent overnight schedule every other weekend
- Flexibility to pick up additional shifts
- Competitive pay up to $45 per hour
- Maximum of 40 hours per week
- No overtime available
